Tara Russell
Fast Track Cities Cork Manager
Tara Russell is the manager of the Fast Track Cities Project for Cork City. She has experience in management of programs and research for vulnerable communities in Ireland, Myanmar, Thailand, Ukraine and Australia. Over the past decade, her work has focused on adaptation and development of mental health and psychosocial support interventions, including integration with HIV/AIDS community-based programming. She has provided technical advice, advocacy and policy recommendations in the areas of sexual and reproductive health, safeguarding, and gender-based violence.
Tara is committed to community-led solutions, and working with people living in Cork with HIV to achieve change.
