The Sexual Health Centre and SH:24 have teamed up. SH:24's free home STI testing kits are now available to collect from the Sexual Health Centre
What is SH:24?
SH:24 provide an online service where you can order free STI self test kits to be delivered to your home.
The Sexual Health Centre is now a collection point for these kits.
Why Collect?
You might prefer to collect your kit if you are:
Feeling uncomfortable about having the SH:24 testing kit delivered to your home.
or
Feeling you can’t wait for delivery and need to speed up the process.
You can now collect a kit directly from the Sexual Health Centre.
Collecting Your Kit
Call into us at 18 South Mall, Cork.
Let us know you would like an SH:24 testing kit.
We will show you a colour coded list of the different tests available.
Read through the list and select the coloured kit that best suits your needs.
We will then hand you, your selected kit.
Using your Kit?
After receiving your kit you have two options:
Gather your samples at home
Or at another place that suits your needs.
Sending your Samples
When you have collected your samples
Use the free postage and packaging provided to send your samples to SH:24.
When your samples arrive at SH:24
SH:24 will test your samples.
They will provide you with your results
Results are usually provided through a text message or phonecall.
Collection Point Role
The Sexual Health Centre is only operating as a collection point for SH:24.
SH:24 will provide your results. The Sexual Health Centre will have no information on your results or any other details in relation to the samples you provide.
