Juan Burgalin
Youth Health Promotion
Juan holds a BSc Honors in Psychology and is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. With a Level 9 diploma in Brief and Strategic Therapy, and currently pursuing a Substance Misuse and Addiction Studies diploma at UCC, Juan is well-equipped to support and address the diverse needs of young people navigating their sexual health.
Juan has lived and worked in different countries across Europe and Latin America, always maintaining cultural awareness in his work. Prior to joining the Sexual Health Centre, Juan held various roles in community development and mental wellbeing.
Juan has many years of experience facilitating workshops on health promotion for individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds.
