How do I use pads?

Different types of pads can be used for different levels of bleeding. Pantyliners or thin pads can be used when you’re not bleeding much.
Regular, thick or 'maxi' pads can be used when the bleeding is heavier.

• Place the sticky strip (on the back of the pad) on to your underwear.

• Put on a new pad every few hours, or when it's soaked with blood.

• Place used pads in to their wrapper or in to toilet paper.

• Throw used pads in a bin.

• Do not put pads in a toilet, as they will clog it up.
